Spirit Pharmacy is a regulated UK pharmacy. We are licensed to dispense prescription medication in the UK. We operate under the legal and regulatory supervision of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). If you live in England and your GP surgery offers the NHS Electronic Prescription Service, then you can nominate Spirit Pharmacy as your preferred pharmacy for dispensing your prescriptions. Your GP surgery will send us your prescription electronically so we can quickly dispense it and post it to you. EPS is flexible so you can change or cancel your nominated pharmacy at any time.

We recommend placing your order seven days before you need your medication – don’t worry, we will remind you to do this! This allows plenty of time for your GP to authorise and electronically send us your prescription, for us to dispense and post your medication and for you to take delivery of it.

Your medication will be delivered by a courier in plain, discreet packaging. 

We will ask if you pay for your prescriptions when you register with us. If you do have to pay for your prescriptions, we will contact you by phone to collect payment after you have placed your order.

We use special multi-award-winning insulated packaging that exceeds guidelines for refrigerated pharmaceutical products so we can safely dispense your medication by post. The packaging uses sustainable, compostable, recyclable or recycled materials.
